Coaching as a Tool for Improving Leadership Skills participants experiences

  Day 9th January 💙 The Spanish team travelled to Vilnius arriving late at night. However, that same day we started getting to know Lithuania. I was extremely happy   and surprised because of visiting such snowy and cold region which I am not used to Day 10th January 💛 Some of us visited the architecture and culture of the capital and spent the day strolling through frozen streets to get to know better the country. At first I was enjoying so much visiting every where that I wanted to continue being a tourist. Day 11th January 💜 Trakai, the castle and frozen lake was truly outstanding and we really were blissful by having enjoyed the excursion we did to the village. In afternoon, we took the bus to Sirvintos and took one that was no direct so we saw every possible village that there was in the countryside between Sirvintos and Vilnius. COACHING AS A TOOL FOR IMPROVING LEADERSHIP SKILLS” project’s toolkit

  In our project, we focused on coaching techniques to improve youth leadership. By coaching, we referred to personal development strategies offered to individuals to enhance their performance. It aimed to empower people to learn rather than instructing them. This approach distinguished coaching from leading for participants. Directing and leading people are understood by their definitions, but integrating coaching methods gives leadership a new meaning through a supportive approach. Educational leadership specialists needed to develop skills in listening, giving feedback, and agreeing on task implementation (Raukaitė Rita, 2021). Studies indicated a strong need to develop coaching skills in youth workers to empower youth leadership at both rural and urban levels. Starting with university students, then youth workers, specialists, leaders, and volunteers, a leadership training course based on coaching strategies would enhance essential skills in society. Ekologinis sodas jaunimo verslumo įgūdžių ugdymui

APIE PROJEKTĄ Ekologiniai sodai kaip mokymosi priemonė gali būti priskirta prie mokymosi aplinkos, kuri atlieka daugybę sudėtingų ir prasmingų užduočių. Veikla ekologiniuose soduose apima šiuos edukacinius tikslus – nuo paprasto ekologinio ūkininkavimo įgūdžių ugdymo iki asmeninio ir profesinio auginimo. Be to, visame pasaulyje yra daug teigiamų pavyzdžių apie ekologiškų, gamtą tausojančių žemės ūkio iniciatyvų poveikį, kurį jaunimas gali plėtoti ekologinio sodininkavimo mokymų. Kartu su jaunimu ir vietos bendruomenės nariais įrengti ekologiniai sodai dalyviams ir visai bendruomenei teikia naudą sveikatai, ekonomikai, švietimui, socialinei aplinkai ir aplinkosaugai. Ekologiniai sodai sukuria socialinę bendruomenės susibūrimo vietą ir skatina žmones dalytis žiniomis tarp kartų. Jie svarbus kaimynystei, nes kuria tvirtus ryšius tarp kaimynų, kovojančių su socialinės sanglaudos stoka.
